Definitions Company refers to BESTX MEDIA L.L.C – S.P.C, a limited
liability company established under the laws of Abu Dhabi, United Arab
Emirates. Client refers to any individual, company, or entity engaging
the Company’s services. Services refer to photography, videography,
production, advertising, marketing, design, event organization, or any
other related services offered by the Company. Agreement refers to the
contract or written confirmation (including electronic communication)
outlining the scope of work, deliverables, fees, and timelines between
the Company and the Client.

Scope of Services BESTX MEDIA provides: Photography, videography, event
coverage, advertising, and related creative services. Additional
services beyond the agreed scope require a written amendment or separate
agreement.

Bookings and Confirmations All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A
50% deposit is required to secure dates.

Payments All invoices are payable in AED. Balances are due before
delivery. Late payments incur 2% monthly interest.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations over 14 days before service: 50%
refund. Within 14 days: non-refundable deposit.

Client Responsibilities Client provides required access, approvals, and
information. Delays may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights BESTX MEDIA retains copyright
unless otherwise agreed. Client receives a usage license for approved
purposes

Confidentiality Both parties agree to confidentiality unless disclosure
is required by law.

Liability BESTX MEDIA is not liable for indirect or consequential
damages. Liability is limited to total fees paid.

Force Majeure Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable
control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Termination Either party may terminate in writing for material breach or
insolvency. Fees remain due for work completed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Governed by the laws of the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes fall under Abu Dhabi
courts.

Acceptance By confirming a booking, signing an agreement, or paying a
deposit, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
